The objectives of the Irene Project are:

 

· give blind people the possibility to use standard computers and keyboards through tailored literacy courses, with technical cooperation and logistics of the Milano Blind People Institute, and support of Rotary Clubs and IFBPR members.

· on line bridge lessons by qualified instructors.

· bridge games on internet with Rotarians and friends.

 

As a result, blind people will have the possibility to perform an activity where they will not feel any more their sight drawback.

The first Literacy Course took place at the beginning of 2008, following in 2009 and 2010 the second and third course.
